The Entrepreneur Center fosters innovation and entrepreneurship by Turning Ideas Into Reality, helping to start businesses and create jobs. As a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, the Center is funded through sponsorships, partnerships, donations and grants. The EC relies on support from leading corporations, successful entrepreneurs and those who have a vested interest in the Center’s success.

EC History

The Entrepreneur Center became the Front Door for Entrepreneurs looking to create companies in Nashville with the opening of its flagship facility at 105 Broadway in August 2010.

The origin of the EC, began in 2007 as a vision out of the Partnership 2010 initiatives of the Nashville Chamber of Commerce. A partnership of local and state government support, private interests, and the Nashville business community at-large, the Center’s mission is to raise the quality of resources available to the Nashville entrepreneurial and small business communities.

Building Innovation: Capital Campaign

The “Building Innovation” Campaign is raising $8MM to provide the founding endowment to sustainably fund Center operations and provide the capital renovations for the permanent home of the Entrepreneur Center. By funding the facility and the operations, the Entrepreneur Center will accelerate Nashville’s economic growth into the distant future.

Entrepreneur Center Founding Endowment

As part of the initial launch, the Center has undertaken a $5 MM fundraising initiative to provide long-term sustainability for Center operations.

Legacy commitments to the future of entrepreneurship and economic growth in Nashville will be permanently recognized in the Center building.

Rolling Mill Hill Trolley Barn – Permanent Facility and Creative Campus

$3MM initiative to quadruple facility resources and increase the Center’s ability to create innovative companies. Successfully meeting this goal will enable the center to act as a “front door” for entrepreneurship.
