Tennessee Small Business Development Centers:  Featured Organization

This week, we’re featuring the Tennessee Small Business Development Centers.  The TSBDC is a network of professional business consultants with 12 centers and 2 satellite offices in 14 cities throughout the State of Tennessee. The TSBDC prides itself on providing expert business advice to all types of companies whether you are a manufacturer, retailer, service provider, or a professional.  The TSBDC centers have served over 79,000 businesses and counting!

The Nashville TSBDC center is located downtown at Tennessee State University.

Bob Bernstein Of Bongo Java Roasting Company

From his first “fancy lemonade stand” to starting Bongo Java in 1993, Bob Bernstein has always been an entrepreneur at heart.  He brought the concept of a coffee house to Nashville from his experiences with them in Chicago and San Francisco.  Tune in to hear Bob’s story of founding Bongo Java, and get his advice on how learning to spend money was one of the best lessons he has learned as an entrepreneur.
