I have a passion for people and find no greater joy than being able to make a difference in the lives of others.

As a corporate executive and consulting psychologist, my focus is in the design of programs to improve workforce performance. I have the opportunity to analyze, design, and improve programs which include hiring and selection, training and development, performance management, and employee satisfaction and retention programs. I also have considerable experience in leading in the development of strategic organizational plans which are designed to cast goals for the company which are aligned with culture, mission, vision, guiding principles, and the needs of the company and each individual.

I have spent the majority of my career as a chief human systems professional, having worked for several large corporations in the development of their human capital programs. I am currently the VP of Human Resources and Organizational Development for The Britt Hunt Company, LLC where I serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and provide senior-level oversight to the human resource, organizational development, and strategic initiatives of the company. Prior to joining The Britt Hunt Company, I worked for several Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies including Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc., Gap, Inc., Accenture, SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratories, Emerson Electric Company, and Gaylord Entertainment Company.

I hold my Ph.D. in psychology from the Harold Abel School of Psychology with Capella University. My dissertation was titled "The Relationship between Life Balance and Works Stress in Corporate Executives". In addition, I have my MBA from Marylhurst University and M.S. degree in Human Services from Capella University. I began my higher education journey by earning my B.S degree in management from Purdue University.

I hold the credentials of Senior Professional in Human Resources, National Certified Counselor by the NBCC, Board Certified Christian Counselor by the AACC, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Certified, and Development Dimensions International Targeted Selection Administrator.
